Evaluating the Compliance of Saveh Primary Healthcare Centers with World Health Organization's Age-Friendly Standards

Background: Since primary healthcare is a significant link in promoting and maintaining the health of elderly, evaluating age-friendliness service provision system great importance ensuring elderly. The purpose this study to evaluate state centers’ compliance with standards Saveh city.
 Methods: This was cross-sectional descriptive conducted on May June 2022, city, Markazi Province Iran. statistical population research included 33 centers selected by census method based World Health Organization’s checklist regarding age-friendly (2008); they were examined observation. After translating checklist, its face validity, content reliability reviewed approved 13 experts fields policy, education promotion, elderly's health, occupational engineering, healthcare. Data analysis done using tests, one-way variance, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Tukey's post hoc SPSS 16 software.
 Results: Regarding psychometric experts' opinions, validity ratio index calculated except for 8 items, all items scored higher than 0.54 0.79. In order check reliability, tool provided 2 observers. By calculating Kappa coefficient, agreement between observers above 0.6, which indicates checklist. showed that comprehensive their affiliated units had 57.6% access public transportation 72.7% stairs at front entrance. entry 100% free from obstacles, parking 42.4%, telephones, 18.2%, reception counter near entrance restrooms, waiting room, 78.8%, dining area, stairs, 9.1%, corridor, 87.9%, guiding signs, 66/7%, visibility 72.7%, personnel identification 42.4%.
